What We Collect

Account setup details, emergency contact details, check-in events, and delivery events for reminders/escalations.

Minimal product analytics events to measure activation, retention, push enablement, escalation rate, and sentiment feedback.

What We Do Not Collect

No location tracking, no ad trackers, no third-party analytics SDKs, no session replay, and no device fingerprinting.

Escalation Behavior

If you miss two consecutive check-in windows, we attempt to notify your emergency contact by email.

Data Retention

We retain service and analytics data only as long as needed to operate and improve YouGood safely.
