Service Scope

YouGood provides reminder, check-in, recovery, and emergency contact escalation tools. It is not an emergency response, medical, or law-enforcement service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact details, emergency contact details, and regular use of the check-in workflow.

Escalation Notifications

If you miss two consecutive check-in windows, YouGood may email your emergency contact based on your account settings.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You should not rely on YouGood as your only safety process.
